If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Return Process
- Please use our Return Portal to process your return. You will need your order number and the shipping zip code to access the portal.
- For the best experience, print your return label from a desktop or laptop rather than from a mobile device.
- If you plan to drop off your return at our facility, please notify us in advance so we can assist you promptly. Returns dropped off without prior notification will require an additional 1-2 business days for processing, as each item undergoes a quality control inspection.

Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- All custom orders are final sale.
- For our directors chairs, please note that returned items will be thoroughly inspected for any damages or necessary repairs. This inspection may delay the refund process if adjustments or touch-ups are required.

Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that any necessary repairs will incur charges that will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing refunds, especially for drop-off returns, as a quality control check is required.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
